Our refund and cancellation rules depend on the policies of the travel service provider (airlines, hotels, transport companies, tour operators, etc.), as each has its own terms.

Below are our simple, standard guidelines:

Cancellations Made by You
  • Cancellation charges depend on the rules set by the airline, hotel, or vendor.

  • Some bookings may be non-refundable as per provider policy.

  • If cancellation is allowed, the refund amount will be processed after deducting provider charges and a small service fee from Book My Raha.

Changes or Modifications
  • Any date changes or modifications are subject to the availability and rules of the service provider.

  • Additional charges or fare differences may apply.

Refund Processing Time
  • Refunds, if applicable, are usually processed within 7–14 working days, depending on payment method and provider timelines.
Provider-Initiated Cancellations
  • If a flight, hotel, or service is canceled by the provider, the refund or alternative option will be offered as per their policy.

  • Book My Raha will assist you in coordinating the process.

No-Show Policy
  • If you fail to show up for your booking (flight, hotel, tour, etc.), refunds may not be applicable.
Special Cases
  • For emergencies (medical issues, travel restrictions, etc.), refund consideration depends strictly on provider rules.
