3. Itinerary Tab (Day-by-Day Details)
Day 1: Arrival & Historic Muscat Arrive at Muscat International Airport. Meet your driver for a private transfer to your hotel. Begin your exploration at the breathtaking Sultan Qaboos Grand Mosque, a masterpiece of modern Islamic architecture, followed by a walk through the fragrant, lively alleys of the historic Muttrah Souq.
Day 2: Coastal Majesty & Culture Discover the iconic sights of the capital. Photograph the majestic Al Alam Palace (the Sultan’s ceremonial residence), take a scenic stroll along the Muttrah Corniche, and tour the architectural wonder of the Royal Opera House Muscat before diving into the old town’s maritime history.
Day 3: Journey to the Cultural Capital Check out and drive toward the historic city of Nizwa. Explore the massive circular tower of Nizwa Fort and explore the traditional souq, famous for Omani silver, spices, and pottery.
